Sleeping

Last night I was tired, but I could not fall asleep. I was thinking about way too many things. I was thinking about finances, school, the future, and basically my mind was going a mile a minute. I got up to do the usual thing to try and go to sleep. I put on some relaxing music, drank some milk, and got back into bed to try and sleep. It didnt work. I went through the whole playlist of songs and i was still bright-eyed and bushytailed. I thought to myself what if i tell myself to sleep i use my mind to put my body to sleep. So what happend... well the last thing i remember was telling my mind to sleep and then well the rest is history, I fell asleep after about 3 hours trying to go to sleep. I know that the mind has great power and all we/I need to do is figure out how to use it. I feel the power of the mind and i am learning how to use it everyday and i believe that it is really helping to keep my life balanced and stree free! It is something that i definately believe that everbody should at least try out to see what happens. Then when you get results you let me know!
