Happiness
Just like saddness or depression, happiness is a state of the mind. We control our own enviroment. We control how we feel and when we feel that way. We should all try it out, when we are sad we need to tell ourselves that we are not sad and that we are actually happy and that everything is good and that we are happy. I know that when we do that we will actually be happy, but if we dont do that or if we let sad, depressing thoughts in our mind, that is when we will be sad. We all need to try it out. I do it all the time and it always works! I am a true believer that we create the enviroment we live in, so create a happy and fun enviroment and that is how you will live your life. I have a friend that has been my best friend for the longest time, but we were only friends. I had plans to leave to Argentina for two years where i would not be able to be with her, and knowing this we started to be more than friends, and it was awesome. We were both happy, then as we had planned i left for two years to Argentina and come to find out, she was dating another guy, and was getting pretty serious with him and when i got back she was still with him and well long story short they are getting married july 10th and i saw them yesterday and it made me sick. I started to really feel sick and i was not happy, and i let them effect me for the rest of the night, then when i was in my bed i decided that it was not ok that i was unhappy so i told myself to be happy and my enviroment changed and i was happy the rest of the night... the like hour i had left. :)
